Jordan is a strong believer in using food to help achieve and maintain good health. He began his career as a Computer Engineer, obtaining his Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto. Leveraging his keen interest in research and science, personal experiences in healing himself using natural remedies, and his lifelong interest in cooking, he switched his career focus to nutrition. Jordan graduated from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition with a diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition and is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner. He also attended the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health & Culinary Arts in New York City and obtained his chef certification. Jordan currently runs a practice in Toronto and is a co-founder of The Naturopathic Kitchen. He offers individual nutritional counselling, group and individual cooking classes, and corporate seminars in nutrition and wellness.
